How do I build an Age of Sigmar 4th edition army list?

Pick a faction, a points limit (2,000 is common), a battle formation, a general, and one or more regiments led by heroes. Order of Battle follows that structure. A Regiment of Renown can go in last if the list allows it.

Can I track wounds during an Age of Sigmar game?

Yes. Open a saved list and switch to Play. Mark wounds on units, lasting spells and prayers, and the abilities for the phase you are in: hero, movement, shooting, charge, combat, end of turn.

What makes Order of Battle Play different from other Age of Sigmar apps?

Play is organized around the turn, not a frozen copy of the list. You get this phase's abilities, the weapons that fire now, commands, core rules, and a tap into the datasheet. Other list tools often stop at the roster, or show that roster as an uneditable Play screen.

Can I see weapons and datasheets during an Age of Sigmar game?

Yes. Shooting lists ranged weapons. Combat lists melee. Tap a unit for the full datasheet: stats, weapons, abilities. Close it and you are back on the phase.

Scourge of Aqshy list builder with fury and rage tracker

Order of Battle supports Scourge of Aqshy, the Age of Sigmar 4th edition season from General's Handbook 2026-27. You can build lists with season warscrolls (updated abilities and profiles), spell and prayer lores, heroic traits, artefacts, and special enhancements. Then track fury (0 to 7) and rage dice during Play. This guide covers what that means and why I built it this way.

What the season adds

Scourge of Aqshy is set in the Realm of Fire. Fury tracks from 0 to 7 across the entire game. Rage dice get handed out at the start of each round based on fury level. The season also has new battleplans, warscrolls with tweaked abilities or points (you'll see them named with "Scourge of Aqshy" in brackets), and extra enhancement packs. Some factions get new spell lores, prayer lores, heroic traits, artefacts, or special abilities for certain units. Check Warhammer Community and the General's Handbook for the actual rules. Order of Battle is an unofficial helper. Always confirm points and rules with official sources before you play.

Season warscrolls and list options

When you build a list in Order of Battle, season warscrolls show up named like "Stormstrike Palladors (Scourge of Aqshy)" or "Black Coach (Scourge of Aqshy)". They sit alongside the base warscrolls. Pick the one you need. Season sheets have different abilities or profiles or points. Some factions also get season-specific spell lores, prayer lores, heroic trait packs, artefact packs, and special enhancement tables. These show up in the picker when the catalogue has them.

Spell and prayer lores

A few factions get additional lores in the Scourge of Aqshy catalogue. Gloomspite Gitz have Lore of the Little Waaagh! and Lumineth Realm-lords have Lore of Prismatic Resonance. Some cost points (Prismatic Resonance is 10, Bloodshadow Rites is 20). The builder adds those to your total. Prayer lores available when building with the season include Vulkyn Gifts (Fyreslayers), Benedictions of Sickness (Maggotkin of Nurgle), Proclamations of Murder (Blades of Khorne), Brodd's Bellows (Sons of Behemat), and Bloodshadow Rites (Daughters of Khaine). You can pick them alongside battletome lores when building a list with that faction.

Heroic traits and artefacts

When you build with Scourge of Aqshy, the catalogue includes additional trait packs: Sentinels of Order (Cities of Sigmar), Paragons of Murder (Daughters of Khaine), Champions of the Tides (Idoneth Deepkin), Facets of Brilliance (Lumineth Realm-lords), Servants of the Cosmic Order (Seraphon), The Dark Prince's Beloved (Hedonites of Slaanesh), Devious Machinations (Skaven), The Cursed Bloodlines (Soulblight Gravelords). Artefact packs work the same way: Artefacts of the Tempest (Stormcast Eternals), Ingenious Innovations (Kharadron Overlords), Relics of Nature (Sylvaneth), Infernal Treasures (Slaves to Darkness), Relics of the Underworlds (Nighthaunt), The Royal Treasury (Flesh-eater Courts), Relics of the Empire (Ossiarch Bonereapers), Plunder of the Mawtribes (Ogor Mawtribes), Da Boss's Hoard (Ironjawz), Krule Artefacts (Kruleboyz), Dark Gifts of Hashut (Helsmiths of Hashut). These appear in the picker alongside battletome options for the faction.

Special enhancements for units

Some factions get special tables that apply to non-Hero units. Each table has three options and targets specific unit types (champions, infantry, monsters, etc.). Examples: Decorations for Valour (Cities of Sigmar, for champions), Boons of Shadow (Daughters of Khaine), Ethersea Companions (Idoneth Deepkin), Flawless Manoeuvres (Lumineth Realm-lords, non-Hero non-Monster), Marks of Vulcatrix (Fyreslayers, Magmadroths), Plaguefather's Poxes (Maggotkin of Nurgle), Scars of War (Stormcast Eternals), Aspects of the Deepwoods (Sylvaneth), Special Knick-knacks (Gloomspite Gitz), Brands of the Dark Gods (Slaves to Darkness), Crimes of the Condemned (Nighthaunt), Brazen Mutations (Blades of Khorne), All-consuming Obsessions (Hedonites of Slaanesh), Accursed Devices (Helsmiths of Hashut), Moulder Mutations (Skaven), Noble Pursuits (Flesh-eater Courts), Mortisan Refinements (Ossiarch Bonereapers), Origins of Terrifying Folk Tales (Soulblight Gravelords, non-Hero infantry), Cracked Heels (Sons of Behemat, Gargants). The builder shows eligibility and lets you pick one during list building.

Monstrous traits

A few factions get monstrous trait packs: Beasts of the Dark Jungle (Seraphon), Well-Fed Beasts (Ogor Mawtribes), Brutal Beasts (Ironjawz), Kunnin' Creatures (Kruleboyz). Pick them in the builder if you have an eligible monster.

Fury and rage during Play

Open Play on a saved list and start a battle record. You can track wounds, lasting spells and prayers, and turn scores. If you pick Scourge of Aqshy as the battlepack, fury and rage show up on the scoreboard. Fury goes from 0 to 7 and stays for the whole game. Rage dice get granted each round based on fury, and you can adjust them with +/- buttons if something gives you extra. The battle record also has command points if you toggle that on. After the game, export the record or just look at it to see fury and rage across all rounds.

Why this matters vs other tools

A lot of list builders stop at points. Some let you pick season warscrolls but don't track fury or rage during the actual game. Others skip the enhancement tables, lores, or traits entirely. Order of Battle puts Scourge of Aqshy in both the builder and the battle tracker. You build the list with season stuff, then open Play and run the game with live fury and rage. I built it this way because I wanted the season to be part of the list and the game, not a separate thing you print and forget.
