Skaven army builder

The Skaven are a scheming horde of rat-folk who swarm up from tunnels under the world. This is a Legacy army: Games Workshop keeps its rules as a free download, but it isn't part of official matched play. Order of Battle builds the PDF list and a community Renegades list made by fans, not Games Workshop. A Skaven army is huge, cheap and treacherous: massive clanrat and slave blocks, weird and dangerous weapon teams, abominations from the breeding pits, and grey seers with destructive and unpredictable magic. Their nerve depends on numbers, so they fight best in big crowds. The list question is how much to spend on unreliable but frightening war machines and monsters versus the bodies that keep the army from running. A list with too few big blocks tends to fall apart the first time a unit breaks nearby.
