Orc and Goblin Tribes army builder
Last updated:

The Orc and Goblin Tribes are the horde army of Warhammer: The Old World, with their list in Ravening Hordes. You get more models for your points than almost anyone: big blocks of Orc Boyz, cheaper goblin mobs, wolf riders, trolls, giants and plenty of war machines. The catch is that greenskins don't always cooperate. Infighting can stall units, and goblins tend to run when things go badly. So an Orc and Goblin list is a bet on numbers, with enough units that a few failures don't matter and enough surprises, such as fanatics hidden in a night goblin mob, to wreck the enemy's plans. The usual tension is orcs against goblins. Orcs are more reliable and cost more, goblins are flimsy but plentiful. Order of Battle supports the Grand Army plus the Troll Horde and the Nomadic Waaagh as Armies of Infamy.
